Feeding the poor - body and soul
Feeding kitchen for children

In July we felt God's burden for the children and opened a feeding kitchen at our church in Vista del Valle as many children were arriving at the services hungry and thirsty. The numbers quickly grew and we have a steady attendance of 40+ kids 5 days a week. Now that school has started the feeding kitchen hours are 12 to 1:30 pm so that the kids that get out of school at 12 noon can come direct for lunch and those that start school at 1 pm (afternoon school) can eat before school starts. We are purchasing meals for 50 cents per day per child from the government DIF program. Would you like to help sponsor lunch for these kids? Pray about helping with this amazing ministry. I can't say no to hungry kids! The children are taught the bible each day and taught to pray. Many don't go to church but they have the chance to know Jesus through this program.

Food for families
Times are difficult for many families and if they cannot feed their children then they cannot educate them either and often times put them in orphanages. We distribute food to families with the Word of God and a message of Hope and Prayer. This is done through churches and we also visit families who do not know the Lord, pray with them, encourage them and bless them with a bag of assorted foods. We have groups with a passion to be in the streets with the message of the gospel. They are blessed more than they bless others.
"If anyone has material possessions and sees his brother in need but has no pity on him, how can the love of God be in him? Dear children, let us not love with words or tongue but with actions and in truth." 1 John 3:17-18
